Tournament Information:
1. Venue: VinSchool, T35-36 Times City Residential Area, 458 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi, VIETNAM.
2. Dates: 24th June to 30th June 2019 (Arrival is on 24th June; Departure is on 30th June)
3. Tournament Debate Format: Asian Parliamentary (AP)
4. Accommodation:
a) For Debaters, Team Judges and Invited Judges:
Twin-sharing rooms at the Kim Lien Hotel. Check-in on 24th June and Check-out is on 30th June.
5. Registration Fee for Debater/Team Judge: USD280 (the registration fee includes hotel accommodation, local transportation and pick-up from Noi Bai Airport, most meals except on the free day of 28th June 2019).
6. Tournament Capacity: 80 Teams
